What is Kapap?
Kapap is the original combat doctrine of the Israeli Defense Forces, originating with the Haganah at the establishment of the Jewish State in 1948. Haviv Galisko, a Haganah commando, was one of the earliest instructors of Krav Panim el Panim which means Face to Face Combat. Israeli Kapap is a close-quarters battle system of defensive tactics, hand-to-hand combat and survival self-defense. Moshe Galisko, the son of the founder Haviv, serves as the President of the International Kapap Association and successor of original Israeli Kapap.
Jason Hunt is a Certified Instructor under Moshe Galisko and serves as the Delegate of the International Kapap Association in the United States. Jason has been training in Israeli martial arts for over twenty years and has studied Krav Maga, Hisardut and Kapap extensively. We are very pleased to be able to bring you the best training, direct from the source in Israel here at Campcraft TactX.
